Poster presentations

For attendees interested to submit a poster, the opportunity is now available. Your poster will be on display in the exhibition room for two days. There will be time in the symposium schedule for poster sessions. There will not be any scheduled oral presentations of each poster. Bring your own handouts with the presentation if you would like to give out the information.

The posters will be set up on the 31^th of May between 09:00-10:00.
Posters shall be taken down on the 1^st of June between 17:00-18:00.

How to submit your abstract

To be able to present your poster you need to be registered as a paid delegate over the 2 days of the symposium. Register for the symposium here. Spaces for poster presentation are limited.

Poster title, abstract (200 words or less), principal author, organisation, mailing address, email, telephone, fax and additional authors.

The last date for poster submission is April 30^th, 2010.
